Cinderella is possibly the most romantic, magical and fun pantomime of them all. For their 70th celebrations, Preston Musical Comedy Society are bringing the age old tale to life at Preston Playhouse this December.

Baron Hardup has married his new wife and brings her to live at the home he shares with his beloved daughter Cinderella. In tow come the Baroness’ daughters – the Ugly Sisters. The three of them set out to thwart Cinderella at every move including stopping her going to the grand Ball at the Future Ballroom in the Palace where she wants to catch a glimpse of Prince Charming.

The Baron’s money worries are not over as there are two Broker’s folk after him. But in the middle of it all her best friend Buttons looks out for her and maybe, just maybe there is some magic in the air in the form of one Fairy Godmother. Will true love conquer all?
